browser-history software package provides User daemon that tracks URLs looked at and logs them, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install browser-history
browser-history is installed in your system.
Make ensure the browser-history package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep browser-history *
You will get with browser-history package name, version, architecture and description in a table
